When contacting technical support, please be sure to designate your Technical Support Liaison person. You may designate a Technical Support Liaison person from among your authorised Vectorworks users. You may only assign one Tech Support Liaison person for every three software licences owned and covered under the 12-month free technical support term with a maximum of three Tech Support Liaison people per customer. 

Telephone diagnostic technical support is available to our Vectorworks Service Select customers only. This premium diagnostic technical support service offered with Vectorworks Service Select is provided by our team here in the UK. To email the team, login to the Vectorworks Service Select portal, and request assistance using the form, or telephone us using the telephone number in the portal.

Support is provided during the following hours only: 9:30 to 5:00 Monday to Friday, and is not available on public holidays.

Which types of problems does the Technical Support team handle?

The technical support team is there to assist with technical issues around the use of the Vectorworks software. Examples of the types of problems this team handles:

  • Installation problems
  • Network licence errors
  • Software crashes
  • Software not functioning correctly

The technical support team is unable to provide answers to how-to questions, or provide on-demand training. For how-to questions, there is a range of options for increasing your skills with the use of the software.
